  1. There were a few items I bought concurrent with the done - extra batteries, extra propellers, and a hard carry case. Another item that I have found indispensable is a shoulder harness for the controller.
  2. Wow, it's nice to be missed! I've been too busy to do much flying lately, but here's a shot I took a couple months ago testing out the new panorama features.
  3. Apparently a UAS intruded over the fire zone (which is under a TFR), and caused all aerial firefighting operations to be grounded for about an hour. This really infuriates me, both as a pilot and as one with many friends and family in the Prescott area. https://ein.az.gov/emergency-information/emergency-bulletin/drone-intrusion-over-goodwin-fire
  4. The problem as I see it is that if you wait for the next one to come out, there will be another one on the horizon then too, and that will sound even better than the one you've already waited for. I would think you're better off getting what you want now. I got the 4 Pro+ a couple months ago and absolutely don't regret it.
  5. Had a winter storm come through overnight and give us just a bit of wet snow and some dramatic morning skies. Still getting the hang of working with raw images from my P4Pro, but it sure is fun!
  6. My wife and I are real estate brokers, and have been wanting to add aerial photos to our marketing toolkit. And we figure we may be able to get some side income taking pictures and videos for other realtors. We passed our exams this afternoon thanks to the great curriculum Alan put together, and our equipment starts arriving tomorrow! We're looking forward to learning to fly, and building a business out of it!
