  1. Excellent video @flyingmonkey. Learning how to use PowerDirector 14 myself. Keep 'm coming.
  2. Is it true that Final Cut Pro X is only for MAC and not PC?
  3. Glad you started this thread. I'm in the same boat, very new to video editing. I did some research and found great reviews on Cyberlink PowerDirector 14 Deluxe. What convinced me was how it was rated for ease of use and with discounts was under $50. unfortunately after I paid for and downloaded it found that it didn't support 4K video so I to get refunded and get the next version "Ultra" and paid another $40. So far I like it but can't compare it to anything because it's my first. Here's my first video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YP3ggRdCdg. do any of the freebie's support 4K?
  4. Thanks @Ryan S It was actually my first time editing any video so I had to watch a few YouTube training vids to even figure out how to get it done. I used PowerDirector 14 Ultra. The preview of 4k in that software isn't great but I'm finding the software easy to learn how to use.
  5. So I wanted to see if I could put together a video using clips from my Q500 4k. I'm pretty happy with my first go at it here. I hope it comes out ok.
  6. Hi ElCid. I just bought the Q500 4K myself and after looking at the first few videos I shot I too was wondering why they didn't look like the smooth clear videos I've seen on YouTube or on the Yuneec web site. I had weird stripes going through the houses in my neighborhood. I'm no photographer so the first thing I did was try to research thinking I must have the wrong resolution settings. I found two things out.... One, I was watching the video on the default Windows 10 player when I double click on the MP4 file and the player was not full screen. When I went to full screen it looked much better. Second, when I open the file with Windows Media Player it looked even better. I have much more research to do to as I'm not only a rookie with the UAV but I know almost nothing about photography. Good news is the snapshots I take with default settings are still pretty awesome.
