    Please recheck the facts on the article. From my research only one of the places you list can you legally fly. Drones are only permitted in specific Phoenix parks. Echo Canyon and North Mountain are NOT on the list. https://www.phoenix.gov/parks/parks/rules/radio-controlled-aircraft In addition, drones are not permitted at Lake Pleasant or White Tank Regional Parks ( Or any Maricopa Country Park (https://www.maricopacountyparks.net/faq/#am-i-allowed-to-fly-my-drone-inside-maricopa-count)
