The Prosumer dept as it's called over at Parrot is worthless. We initiated a request to get a replacement drone 7 months ago because the drone was just flipping over,and crashing for no apparent reason on multiple occasions. They approved the replacement in November. 4 months later, still no joy. The unfortunate regular consumer department keeps telling us it's in process. They are the only way to interact with the alleged Prosumer division, since there's no direct phone or email available to us. It's one of the more unfortunate customer service interactions I've ever been involved in. They'll go nowhere against DJI with this kind of "support" i.e. lack thereof.
