  1. Hi everyone, My name is Jay and I’m a newbie to the drone community, located up in New England, New Hampshire to be exact! I'm a Motion Graphics Artist / VFX Artist by trade, and I'm looking to incorporate custom drone cinematography & photography into my work. I'm really pumped I came across this website, it looks like an amazing place to start learning! I'll be looking to take the Part 107 Test as soon as I can - any advice / guidance is much appreciated. Also, if anyone is curious, you can check out my work here: https://jaydonohue.myportfolio.com/ Cheers,
  2. RE CLASS E AIRSPACE: Over the past Labor Day weekend I flew in Provincetown, MA, or "PTOWN." Interesting drone issues on the very tip of Cape Cod. a town that swells to many thousands of day trippers and summer residents, guests far beyond its base population. PTOWN supports a very active PVC airport, called Ptown Municipal Airport, aka "MUNI." Ptown is officially in Echo Airspace, "unregulated under 700" feet but according to the sectional: down to 500 AGL. However "unregulated" aside, the double whammy is the airport proximity, as it is very close to anywhere in town. But its
  3. Greetings, My name is Mike and I am starting a new Drone Services Business (www.adronevision.com). I am looking for pilots who would be available for projects we have coming up through out the US (right now). Please forward any information to Mike.Conn@adronevision.com to be reviewed by my CTO. I am looking forward to meeting and speaking with many of you to help grow the Drone Business overall and keep pushing the technology.
  4. Hello, I have been flying quadcopter for about 2 years now. Looking forward to getting better and hopefully expand my business. Bert
  5. Hi, I got a very small drone to experiment with adding aerial footage to public access cable productions. After looking at the licensing and liability, I stopped cold in my tracks. Now I'm pursuing getting a license post August 20th and look forward to adding another perspective to local event coverage. Some events cry out for aerial footage like the "Pink Ride" frame from a short segment in a video covering snow mobiles gathering for a ride through the country side to raise money to fight cancer.
  6. Hello, my name is Jeff and I live near the ocean in Maine. My passion hobby is photography. I wanted to explore, capture, and share images of the amazing New England landscape from a perspective that most people haven't seen, so a year ago I purchased the Yuneek Q500+ and started Agile Aerial (facebook) to share my adventures. I would love to network with drone enthusiasts in this area.
  7. Hi Everybody, My name is Scott Lashmit, and i am a drone pilot! I live in MA and have begun my own business called Remotely Possible LLC. (@DronePossible & itsremotelypossible.com). We are presently in the vacuum of waiting for the 333 exemption from the FAA, but should be on track for April-June for acceptance! We do photo and video for events, and venues, as well as photogrammetry for 3d models and volumetrics. We are also actively looking into multiple spectrum analysis to partner with research universities and colleges, for in depth environmental analysis. In addition to my
