After 2 weeks without flying due to high winds, I was finally able to go out and shoot at this local fisherman's cove. Had a great time and got some great footage, hope you enjoy ! Check it out below ! -
I'm getting more comfortable with the controls of the P3S and this weekend I decided to go to the beach in the evening to try out some additional capabilities, like the automated orbiting using the Point-of-Interest (POI) features. I also tried to do more of a planned shoot to try to create content that would allow me to edit and produce a very simple storyline and dynamic video. Check it out, it's one of my favorite videos so far:

I finally took the plunge and got a Phantom 3 Standard over the weekend. I put some prop guards and landing stabilizers on it, but I think I'm going to wait until the weather is a bit nicer to fly it. It's been pretty crappy around here lately with the snow and ice.
