How to avoid Birds of Prey

Hi, just wondered if anyone has experiences with Eagles and Vultures with Drones? Not always, but we do have Golden Eagles and Vultures that orbit our location in the mountains, or sometimes appear just sitting on the thermals, but I don't want to fly and disturb them. Are these species likely to attack high altitude drones both in close proximity and if they can see the Drones from afar? As we know there eyesight is sniper like. Ideally I don't want to get into a dogfight with a massive bird of prey to try and save my Drone! Any thoughts or shared experiences much appreciated.

    "Share the air"

Alfred Hitchcock’s “The birds”, well, almost. Thought I would get out and do some early morning flying before the park activity picked up for the day. Much to my surprise, traffic at this particular park had picked up, up where I did not anticipate it being bad. Long story short, I encountered “birds” that had a problem with my drone occupying the airspace with them. So they, I guess, were not sure what it (my drone) was but tried to take me down by “dive booming” at times from different angles several different times! This went on for about three minutes. My question: Does the FAA have guidelines for flying in and around birds? (kidding)
