  1. Hi Guys, Wanted to share with you my latest demo reel. I have come a long way from where I started, first I want to thank Alan for this great part 107 course. It literally opened up all kind of doors for me. I did not do the best color correction but I am working on perfecting this craft, anyway I hope you enjoy.   3. Hi community, I've had a great time with this course, and highly recommend it to others who are looking to learn about or fine tune their video editing. My aunt is in the process of putting her house on the market, so it was a perfect opportunity to test the waters compiling a real estate demo video. I'm using this experience as a dry run, to get a feel for how I would go about a project for a paying customer. I'm still tackling a few different learning curves (flying a new drone, testing camera settings, working in post for the first time), but I think they are each progressing n

Alan recently sent out a newsletter linking to a forum topic about what to charge for Real Estate Photography, and it got me wondering when you give a price to your clients, is that solely for drone and pilot time or does that usually include your editing time? I would imagine that would be a separate charge / service altogether but was curious to know what most of you are doing. And if you charge separately for editing, do you base it off of how long the final product will be (15 min, 30 min 60 min)? This would pertain to any industry, not just real estate. I'm part
