About Me

  1. I flew a site in a grid pattern at 90° with a DJI P4PRTK. It took 2 batteries. The images from the first battery appear to be missing the dewarp data and the images from the second are fine. Has anyone ever seen this before? I don't even really know if this is my issue but I suspect it is. The images from battery one all process into a giant ball in Pix4D but the second battery processed fine. The only difference I noticed in the metadata was that. I'd like to at a minimum know what happened so I can avoid it in the future but confirmation of the issue and how to fix it would make my day.
  2. I have encountered an issue that I will just call interesting. To backtrack momentarily, I am very interested in creating photomosaics, so geotagging is a must. When I take photos with my Phantom 3, sync them with my IPad, then upload to my computer, the Exif file is apparently lost. However, if I remove the microSD card from the camera and load the photos directly to my computer, the Exif file is there. I do not know if this is an issue with the Go App, my IPad, or both. The workaround is simple enough, but slightly annoying. Thoughts from others out there?
