  2. Hello everyone, Forgive me if this is a simple question. I have a client who is a developer. They want some aerial stills and video for some land they own that they want to sell etc. They want to take the raw video and overlay GIS and need to know if the Inspire Pro 1 with the X5 camera has the GPS data in the file. I know that the stills have this information etc. Can anyone confirm this? Thank you, Ethan
  3. Just wondering what everyone else uses? I am supposed to be receiving my new Phantom 3 today and I think DJI provides a mapping application, but was wondering if anyone has any insight into the accuracy of all the ones that are out there. Here is a good article that lists many options in case anyone else is looking around. AirMap for Drones looks to be a promising provider. With so much emphasis on regulations now, I'm guessing all these players will be fighting to become the "most accurate". Also, are there some that you know of that we should definitely STAY AWAY from?
  4. Hi there. I'm totally new in maps and photogrammetry. I recently took the Uav coach course. It seemed very easy to me. But I was wrong. Hahaha so I grabbed my drone, installed maps made easy and took my photos...and nothing happened. I was hoping that MME gave me a map, but oh no, it only took the photos...oh deception.... 'so I turned to pix4d...only to discover it wasn't cheap and the free version was only for pc....second terrible deception.... 'so here I am....looking for a program to help me mapping and develop 3D models ...any suggestions..? help!
