Hey everyone. My name is Tyler Mason and I'm new to UAV Coach so I thought I'd briefly introduce myself. I'm a Part 107 pilot in the Minneapolis area. I'm just starting to dabble in some commercial drone work after previously just flying as a hobbyist for a year and a half. Currently flying a Phantom 4. Here's a collection of some of the videos I've done (again, these were all just messing around as a hobbyist). Looking forward to connecting with other pilots and learning more about the industry! -Tyler
Hi I am new to this forum and just checking out how things work around here. Seems very informative, and I think I will really enjoy it. I have been droning for over a year now but recently just got a DJI Mavic and feel like I have entered a whole new world of drones. Everything about this little drone is amazing! Here is the first video that I took in downtown Minneapolis the other day with my Mavic: https://www.airvuz.com/video/Mavic-Meets-Gold-Medal-Park?id=58a26c619d17f44d8d064372 Thanks!
I am a senior in a MN high school looking at colleges and degrees for entering into the drone industries future. I would love to fly, but I wish not to spend $60,000 on getting an ATP or any other expensive certificate. I am just learning about the drone market. I do not own one, but I want to buy one and experience flying without the actual cockpit ordeal. I am wishing to enter into the drone industry and have a career in it, preferably on the agricultural side. I am struggling to find out what degrees I would need to get in college to be successful: agriculture degree, agronomist, or professional Pilot? I have no clue what companies would look at for job requirements. Any help would be much appreciated. Or information on who I should talk to, so that I can have a future in the drone industry.

I'm a very techy person that loves to build computers and robotics type stuff. My wife is a full time photographer running her own buisness and we are interested in adding aerial photography to her services expecially with title part 107 right around the corner. Any helpfully information or suggestions are greatly welcomed
