Hello, I am getting an ESC error. I think it is either a bad motor or one of the ESC chips on the mother board. I want to do the repair myself, but I am wondering if there is a way I can isolate the issue with using some sort of diagnostics tool. Is there anything that I can run on the drone to analyze the problem? How can I tell what the problem is before I start replacing parts? Thanks! Bert
Greetings all, I'm a beginner when it comes to flying my quad (Phantom 3 Professional) and am learning the hard way... already crashed it... feel like I just got my temps, but I believe I've found the hobby I've been looking for for a long time. I have a few other hobbies that help fill my time, one is working with the Pickaway County Park District, http://pickawaycountyparks.org where I volunteer as their webmaster. I'm enjoying doing some fly-overs and fly-throughs with my Phantom in the parks and over some of the trails here in Ohio hoping to spruce up the content of the website. I a
Good looking forum! I just picked up a Phantom 3 Pro and was very hesitant to do so because of some of the issues reported with stress cracks that sometimes appear in the underside of the motor housing. No problems with mine (...a low flight time, pre-owned quad) so far. However I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if anyone has found a way to avoid it.
