Hello UAV Coach Community! I hope everyone is having a good summer given the circumstances. I've been wanting to start a thread dedicated to helping folks out with sales and marketing for awhile now but could not seem to find the time. @Alan Perlman it's fantastic to see the community continue to grow and thrive! I've had the pleasure of meeting quite a few folks from this group over the phone and I must say you're all a great bunch! I thought I would kick things off here by inviting anyone interested in real estate drone sales & marketing to our webinar next week. We have a very special guest speaker. I'm sorry for such a last-minute invite but again time is incredibly scarce these days. Use the link below if you would like to come to a real estate sales and marketing training show that we're holding this coming Tuesday, July 28th at 8PM Eastern. Co-Host is world famous real estate photographer, Darryl Stringer. Our shows typically only run about an hour. Here you go - https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5213771297435819533 Hope you can make it! If you can't make it we'll have the replay available on our channel here - https://www.gotostage.com/channel/21aea35280d346fba28066c520204108 Sorry it's so empty. We just signed up on this new webinar platform this month. So far so good! If you can't make this show you should come to our next one. I don't have it scheduled yet but it will be a one hour training session on how to add property lines, property droppers and call-outs to your aerial drone video productions. It's been a big money-maker for us over at https://www.BlueLaVaMedia.com and I'm sure it can be for you all too if you're not yet doing it. We get an extra $30 bucks per parcel. Here's a couple of examples - https://tours.bluelavamedia.com/s/5116-Birch-Point-Dr-Interlochen-MI-49643 I like this one too - https://tours.bluelavamedia.com/s/6666-Putney-Rd-Frankfort-MI-49635 Once that show is scheduled later this coming week, I'll be sure to drop the registration link back here. We can only hold 500 so it's first come first type a deal. Happy Saturday everyone! Sincerely, Jason
We put together some of our tips for getting started with aerial photography specifically related to real estate. We have done a few shoots and it is a great way to earn money and have fun doing it. Lots of people ask what is the best drone to start with, so we put this together. Check it out. https://www.halfchrome.com/best-real-estate-drone/
Those of you getting suited up to sell and market to real estate agents, home builders or developers should take some time and review some hard-hitting stats that you can include in your marketing materials. For BlueLaVaMedia pieces we simply google "Professional Real Estate Photography Statistics" Keep in mind that professional still photos are at the very core of selling to realtors. Realtors MUST have still photos to list and sell properties. So...you have something that they must have in order to even put the listing on the MLS (multiple listing service). To get started I recommend that you memorize a few of these https://www.google.com/search?ei=Q9SdWprgKtH2swXW7rrwDw&q=professional+real+estate+photography+statistics&oq=professional+real+&gs_l=psy-ab.3.0.35i39k1l2j0i20i263k1j0l7.2803.11347.0.12918.104.22.168.0.0.0.202.3330.19j10j1.31.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..15.35.3123.6..46j0i7i30k1j0i131k1j0i46k1j0i67k1j0i131i20i264k1j0i20i264k1j0i20i263i264k1j0i10k1.106.2dllit3Yee4 hard hitting facts. When you make your real estate packages, consider making them with still photos at the very base of everything since they must have these. If you can get the still photography work AND the drone work you cannot be eclipsed by a real estate photographer who gets their 107. Make yourself bulletproof in 2018!
