I'm new to UAV coach and wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. I'm a part 107 remote pilot (50 hrs), part 61 private pilot (195 hrs) and ITC level I sUAS thermographer. I perform aerial thermography inspections of solar plants, wind turbines, cell towers and power lines using my DJI Matrice 210 v2 with Zenmuse XT2. Actively recruiting pilots for current cell tower inspection projects. This is not a post to build a network but a serious recruiting effort for existing and upcoming projects. Ability to travel and be deployed for 3 – 4 weeks is a plus. Equipment requirements are 20 megapixel sensor, (Phantom 4 Pro, Mavic 2), Multiple (6+) batteries, ability to charge while on the go. Next question, waivers. I guess these are on an as needed basis? You don't get a waiver that lets you fly above crowds from now on because you've proven that you can fly safely? What about the job that pops up and a client needs you to do a fly over of the homecoming football game that is tomorrow night? No way to plan for that? Jake
