Depends on the equipment on the tower.

Don't fly directly in front of a microwave antenna.  The problem with any DJI product is that it goes into RTH anytime the GPS is lost or there's magnetic interference with the magnetometer (Compass), there is always that sort of interference near an energized cell tower.

The problem is not that it goes into RTH, the real problem is that sort of interference is usually temporary, the problem is when it reacquires GPS and the drone has moved so the compass thinks it need to be recalibrate and it becomes discombobulated.

Try arming the drone on the hood of your car, if it works your good to go, if it doesn't and you have to move around to do the calibration dance you might consider getting a different drone.
