Agriculture Sparyer Drone

I am using Pixhawk PX4 from holybro and 80A ESC from hobbywing on DEO enable. When I switch to position mode it start oscillation and get crashed everytime. Even in stabelize mode it also start oscillation. Kindly let me know the problem if anybody can understand this issue.
My first thought about this issue is ESC response time, Am I correct?
