What kind of drone is best for beginners?

Recommended Posts

If you're not worried about footage-quality you'd probably be good with the DJI Tello.  If you've done other RC hobbies in the past and think you'll pick it up quickly you can look at ones like the DJI Spark if your budget allows for it ($500+ with a fly-more kit unless you buy it used).  The ones Isabella mentioned are also worth looking into if you want to look at other manufacturers.  Basically "the best best drone is the one you'll want to keep taking out and playing with."  If you're buying the expensive ones and can't afford a collection of batteries that might keep you waiting on charging times rather than practicing.

If you're a true rookie I would start off with a holystone drone that you can get off of Amazon. They are cheap, they allow you to crash and they will teach you fundamental flight maneuvers. Check out this video for more information:

don't have to worry about the battery. Someone suggested some. I went to see their information. And decided to use GensTattu in the future. I also recommend it here.
