It's often challenging to find a legal, safe, and visually interesting location to fly your drone, especially in a densely populated area with one or more airports.

After a round of comprehensive research, our team compiled a list of where to fly a drone in San Francisco . We also have this list of drone laws in California that might be helpful.

How about sea cliff avenue or 25th avenue? I am hoping, at some point to get out there and to get a good shot of the Golden Gate Bridge. Those areas seem clear aside from the obvious restrictions for the National Recreation Area... But my drone has a 50mm (75mm with the crop) lens. Looks like that would be a nice angle. And you could fly out over the water from there no?

Local to Berkeley is Caesar Chavez park AKA the Berkeley Marina. One caveat is that it's a public park. UAV Sidekick comes up "no airspace violated"  Watch out for people, dogs etc. Weekdays there is less activity. Downside, nothing much to see from there.
