Corps of Engineers Texas

I am new so be patient. I went to Grapevine Lake and Murrell Park. It is a COE Park. The attendant at the entrance had no clue as to whether there were any restrictions on flying from the Park or over the Lake. As there is a COE leased site on the Grapevine side of the Lake near Paradise Cove I assume flying over the lake is not a problem.  But does anyone know of any written rules covering COE in TX? I have found where some regional COE’s have adopted limits but not TX. And help in finding written guidance would be appreciated (I have read too many one off stories of encounters with COE employees to trust anything I can’s trace to a legitimate source.  And I am a recreational only flyer if that make a difference.  Thanks
