Quick introduction.  This is Glenn Wharton, in Houston, Texas.  I am a TREC licensed "Professional Home Inspector".  I will primarily be using my DJI Phantom 4 to inspect roofs that are otherwise hard to access.  We are not supposed to walk on concrete, clay tile or slate roofs because of the potential for damage and it is difficult for an inspector to get on steep slope Composition shingle roof.  I am really looking forward to being able to provide better information to my clients.

Additionally, I will be examining doing real estate photography.  My wife is a Realtor and professional photographer, so she shoots some homes for friends and wants me to offer video for her clients.

TREC requires that I tell you that my license number is TREC3772.

Welcome @RedlegC61! I do a lot of real estate work here in NJ, which is probably pretty different from stuff around Houston, but feel free to ask any questions you may have.  I'm also interested in roof inspections, and wonder if you can actually get enough detail to make it worthwhile.  I'd love to see some shots taken by someone who actually knows what he's doing.  Fly safe & stay in touch!
